[Orcnet] Supercheap DVM

Harbor Freight has $10 3 1/2 digit DVMs, marked down to $2.50
with a newspaper coupon.  They aren't great - slow and somewhat
inaccurate, and they will probably fail soon - but sometimes the
task calls for a DVM you can afford to lose.
